Energy company Equinor needed a creative way to take induction safety training online.

We used a combination of games, animation and video to develop a unique web experience that takes users on a learning journey covering the operations of an Equinor platform, hazard identification, safety protocols, the correct use of PPE and Equinor’s company values.

Initially for use by the UK team only, the mobile and desktop experience was soon shared to the entire Equinor family internationally. By creating an online, interactive system we streamlined the entire induction process saving the company time, money and resources.
