The recent book launch of The Socrates Project required a targeted social media campaign to an international audience. It may seem (really) obvious but Facebook is global and if you use one language to post and comment it’s a sure fire way to lose those all important “Likes”, fast. Thankfully Facebook provides tools that let you target specific languages and demographics per post but unfortunately it’s surprisingly well hidden. Here I’ll explain in a few clicks how to set up targeting, tailor your posts and provide an overview for the options available.

And with this tiny invention comes an opportunity to create very cost effective and highly creative touchscreen games for Ping clients.

Today Ping is exhibiting at Digital Connections 2012 and I’m sitting in a full exhbition hall watching a presentation by Jean-Philippe Randisi from ITV talking about brand awareness and starting off with ‘what makes a brand’. He’s talking about Star Wars, Lego and Pokemon – what’s not to like in that list!
